In that confident and happy state.

Not to be confused with wankered which is when you are completely shit faced.

Another word for tipsy.

This is when a group of drunken cougars are actively groping you in front of your subordinates because they are intoxicated by your youthful sex appeal.....and drunk on rum-runners. Caution, these cougars are not afraid of inappropriate and awkward grabbing, kissing, and spanking. This can stop almost as soon as it began, leaving the young buck puzzled and mildly aroused.

To be "cooked in the head." Probably comes from "fried" or "brain fried." Imagine how someone would act if their brain was at least partially cooked. Could mean under the influence of drugs/alcohol or someone acting crazy or out of the ordinary.

Dude, did you see that guy in McDonalds last night drunk and singing Duran Duran using an Ice Cream cone? He was totally cookered!
