10 codes are used between a select group of friends. Between the group, you come up with 10 codes to use when talking to each other in public when other people are around that you do not want to know what you are talking about/referring to. You create 10 codes amongst your group and share/refer to them when needed.

1.) 1005 - trick
2.) 1012 - ex
3.) 1040 - Mary
Talk in 10 code: Did you see that 1005 he went home with? Filthy!
Talk in 10 code: Why does your 1012 keep sexting you?
Talk in 10 code: 1040! What are you doing? Put it away!

code 100

Code 100 is a code which is said to staff and employees over a talloy at a shop to inform the staff and employees that a shop lifter has entered or are acting suspicious.
Its usually heard in stores like primark and H&M also in uk stores such as wilkinsons.
Over the talloy: "code 100 in aisles 3 and 7"
A security man or memeber of staff will therefore go to aisles 3 or 7 to watch over the person they have suspicions of.

Code 101

The radio code you hear at Disneyland or Walt Disney World when an attraction temporarily goes down. Derived from the freeway that runs by Disneyland in California (Once part of US 101, now Interstate 5), it was a sort of joke that if an attraction were to break down, it would be time for guests to "hit the 101 freeway." A series of radio codes was built from this:

101: Attraction Down - Routine
101G: Attraction Down due to guest activities
102: Attraction Down - Urgent
103: Attraction Down - Emergency
104: Attraction Up
105: Attraction Operating - Limited Capacity
106: Attraction Operating - Full Capacity
"While in line for Space Mountain, the ride broke down, which causes a Code 101 to be issued."
"Some guests decided to stand up on Splash Mountain, causing it to go Code 101G."
"I just heard that the Matterhorn is now Code 104, let's get in line."
