A word/phrase invented or made more popular by comedian Chelsea Handler, often to get around censorship on her television show. Examples of Chelseaisms are coslopus, hot mess, nugget, pikachu, shadoobie and silver fox.

The main symptom of Chelsea Handler syndrome is frequent overuse of Chelseaisms.

Chelsea Lee Art is a British tiktoker who is famous for being hateful and shouting her catchphrases such as : ‘Roots’, ‘Booyaka’, and ‘Nostrils’. She claims to be a self made millionaire but still can’t fix the doors on her 1.4 million pound council flat. She is associated with other British tiktokers such as Mama Kaz, Elphaba Orion Doherty and Evil Queen. She has many arguments with Mama Kaz in which she screams and shouts hateful things at her and she harasses many people.

Person 1: Who’s that woman screaming aroots and booyaka at people?

Person 2: Oh, God that’s ChelseaLeeArt. She’s that tiktoker that screams and shouts at people.

Is a know it all who loves to always be right. You can’t argue with her because she will always have receipts because she never deletes any text messages and she’ll pull up things from like 10 years ago so if you’re gonna argue with her, make sure you’re right or you’re wasting your time.
