Boatager

A person or people that regularly visits their boats ‘in marina’ and essentially are using this space as a floating cottage. They rarely actually pass the ‘pump out station’ and venture into the ‘big waters’
What is up with ‘Rain Man”? He just comes and sits on his boat and ‘goes nowhere’. We need need more boatagers like him to support the marina. Even during the summer solstice, he never ventured into the TO islands to enjoy the amazing sunset.
