Birdtarian

Someone whose diet consists of meat from a bird e.g. chicken, duck. A birdtarian can also eat seafood, but they are neither a pescatarian or a non-vegetarian as they do not consume any other meat. They are a birdtarian.

Person A: "Hey! Do you have any dietary restrictions?"
Person B: "Hey, yes, I am a birdtarian." Thanks for asking.

Bovitarianism

A diet in which beef is the only source of meat in an otherwise vegetarian diet.

Bovitarianism is largely hypothetical. It's difficult to imagine someone who loves burgers but draws the line at fish.
