Amazing people. A Few are direct ancestors of Pilgrims Stephen Hopkins, Constance Hopkins whom sailed from England to America in 1620 on the Mayflower.
Some Beesingers descended from Pilgrims.
But no Pilgrims were Beesingers.

A word used by some black southerners long ago, (and sometimes still used today by old timers) often in a loving casual way to denote the reason for some action one may have taken or didn't take.
"Oh I know she owes me a little money, but I couldn't say nothing about that, beese she walked way over here and had so much trouble finding me. You know what I'm saying?" "It would be so ugly to bring that up."
