Zoso 

Zoso, i was trying to find out the meaning of this symbol myself. It first came to my attention on the cover of Led Zeppelin IV , the album. It is Jimmy Page's personal symbol, but it comes from way back , its a mathematiticans symbol for saturn

Zoso 

a reversal of the greek word Sozo, which means life, body, or as a verb meaning to save a suffering one (from perishing), i.e. one suffering from disease, to make well, heal, restore to health, to preserve one who is in danger of destruction, to save or rescue.

a reversal of this word would be comparable to Nazi germany's reversal of a common tribal symbal meaning peace and healing to make the swastika.

which is to say it would mean the opposite; i.e. death, or as a verb, to make one suffer until perishing.

'Jimmy page was into Zoso, but apparently it hasn't caught up to him yet.'

It "IS" occultic and thus against god and thus Satanic!

I've heard the demon dog thing before too.Interesting that it means 666 according to Crowley and is a mark on the hell hounds forehead.

Zoso 

Zoso actually is just the name people gave a "nameless" Led Zeppelin album. Zoso is an attempt at pronoucing some Celtic symbols that appear on the album cover. The symbols are there because Jimmy Page and Robert Plant were really into the Lord of the Rings books. (that's no joke, where do you think all the "black magic" stuff about Jimmy comes from?)
