When you have those moments of feeling depressed and emo and start going on about how your life never goes the way you want it, but also feeling like you're putting sense into the world. This is to feel wisdomised.

When in New York never make eye contact or speak to strangers.
When in New Orleans always acknowledge the stranger (especially if appearing crazy) or they will approach you to find out what your problem is.
