Wibble

The word used by Rowan Atkinson in "blackadder goes forth" to denote a state of insanity. I the scene he puts pencils up his nose and repeats "wibble wibble" in order to get sent home from the trenches.

George: "What is your name?"
Blackadder: "Wibble."
George: "What is 2 plus 2?"
Blackadder: "Wibble, Wibble."

A man lacking the necessary ejaculatory power to shoot semen, instead only able to wiggle their penis as semen sadly dribbles out. Portmanteau of "wiggling" and "dribbler".

wibble

The act of being so overcome with emotion that
1. The eyebrows come together and curve up at the inside.
2. The eyes become big and childlike
3. The lips and sometimes the chin shake.
Number three is what actually constitutes wibbling.

wibblefish

Similar to Douglas Adams's babelfish in that it is a small creature one inserts into one's ear. However, unlike the babelfish it affects the wearer such that they can't understand anything anyone says to them in any language even if they speak that language fluently. On a more positive note it also grants the ability to make the perfect slice of toast.
