A combination of the word weather and angry, wangry describes the state we feel when the weather is so unpleasant that it affects our moods and interactions with fellow human beings.

I am feeling wangry because it's windy and rainy outside - I HATE how the wind whips my face so I REFUSE to leave my bedroom.
