Sick in the panties

A known phrase relating to a woman's menstrual cycle. Often times resembling a gunshot wound, or serious situation that warrants severe blood loss. If combined with a work out and oral stimulation, some may seem to be experience an afrodisiac.

AMon: Hey Alonzo, dude how was the creature last night?
Alonso: Oh wey it was alright, but she was sick in the panties and now it looks like I was shot in the leg.

An adjective used to express something that is extremely impressive, awesome, breathtaking, magnificent, staggering or wonderful. When something truly exceeds your expectations.

Like the word sick, the phrase Sick in the Dick is used to add that extra bit of emphasis.

Can also be abbreviated to the initialism SITD.
