sweeto

a word that means "sweet" meant intentionally to be confused with "psycho".

when you call someone "psycho" behind their back and you don't know if they heard you, you say things are "sweeto" the rest of the day to make them think that's what you called them.

"our psycho government teacher is here" *walks in*.. "oh crap"
"sweeto purse"
"that's pretty sweeto, i want one"
"SWEETO!"
pretty much like that.

Like sweeto but a higher form. Created by Eric Radloff in his hit single "Sweeto McNeato." He also created the phrase awesome possum.
