Shitocracy is the type of rule created by the US in Iraq after the invasion and occupation of 2003. It is a theocracy marked by the rule of the turban and sectarian militias, which created the kind of chaos in the world history. What's funny is the fact that the US still supports it shitocracy in occupied Iraq.
You as a human being cannot live under a shitocracy like the one installed by the US in occupied Iraq.

Stupocracy

Any business organization run exclusively by people who not only live in fear of making a meaningful decision, but seem to be favorably compensated on the basis of their unwillingness or inability to make a decision. Typically, the degree to which this situation adversely affects customers and suppliers is demonstrably linked to a complete lack of understanding of the organization's business model and/or customers.
