Someone who is well versed in reading and understanding romantic and sexual situations. Not from personal experience but from fiction works. Including but not limited to Wattpad, Ao3, Fanfic, Romance books with hot morally grey characters or royals, yaoi, Yuri, Bl, GL, romance manga ,wetoon, manwha, scenarios they made in their head, scenario/pov tiktok, kdramas, spainsh soap drama, cdramas, jdramas Thai drama,most 90 movies etc. Most of sexual advice will be from the readers. ( they may look sweet but they're degenerates who need love) p.s most likely are also the same people who gave you great advice.
