When leaving a chair, you can say "I call seatback" and no one else in the room can take the seat away from you. Similar to saying, "I call shotgun" when approaching a car.

No way, you can't sit there, I called seatback!"

That part of when you're out eating at a restaruant and you start to feel full, but you aren't completely finished eating. To cure this, you sit back in your chair and wait for a minute or two before you go back to eating.
