Snoot

Usually used in the south in reference to a drink of whiskey or hard liquor. The amount can be a swig or a gulp, but usually decided by the person consuming. The term is only used when one party offers to another party as a form of sharing. It is believed the term has evolved from offering chewing tobacco as a gesture of kindness.

person 1: What ya got there?

person 2: Hell, this is some Jim Bean. Why don't you give yourself a lil snoot.

person 1: Ah hell, why not.

Snoot

Another word for a cigarette.

Invented by a couple stoners in the Midwest, one was so high they forgot what a cigarette was called. The only word they could think of referring to a cigarette was 'snoot'. Thus, the word was created.

Person 1: Aw man! I'm all out of snoots!
Person 2: That's alright man, I got a snoot for you.
Person 1: You're a life-saver, holy shit.

A hybrid word.... a cross between the words sneeze and toot...., a sometimes embarassing mixture of two bodily functions....Typically the sneeze occurs first, but most of the time a fart is being held....at which point the sneeze causes the subject to lose his/her grip on the fart...embarassing for all involved....esp. the person who snoots....if it is audible...

J: Ohhhh God....I gotta sneeze....ahhchewwww(braaaapppppp)
B: HAHAHAHAHA
