This word defines a moment in your life that is so freakin' great that you have to stop doing everything you are doing to tell someone around you. In fact you will be talking so loud about your emotions and state of mind that the person in the office 8 doors down from yours, will know everything as if he (or she or they) was right beside you. To be able to call a "moment" a "roulotte moment" you must give way too much detail and try to give a lot of irrelevent information.
