"Pootis" is a quote from the Heavy, from Valve's free-to-play Team Fortress 2 game. The original quote by said Heavy is "Put dispenser here". However, due to his accent, it appears to sound like he is saying "Pootis spencer here". Therefore, people have grabbed the word "Pootis" from this, thus creating an internet meme.

Portia

A beautiful woman inside and out. Very intelligent, creative and funny. Has a natural eye for detail and asthetics. An awesome person to have in your corner. If your lucky to have her grace your presence, you will always want to be in her company. Portia always keeps it real whether you want to hear it or not. She can read right through a person. She is very supportive and uplifting to anyone. She can make an ant feel like a giant. Nice to everyone but if she seems mean to you, it's probably because she will not massage your ego. Does not tolerate fake people by any means. Portia is definitely a goddess to treasure.

Porkistanis are the of Pakistanis who always speak about Muslim Ummah but hate other Muslims and minorities based on ethnicity and religion.They are either hardcore Muslims or Muslims only by tag.They act like white supremacists on the internet towards other South Asians but play victim card in the abroad.They love their army and government so much.They have deep rooted hatred for other Muslims such as Bengalis and Afghans,specially Bengalis as they try to deny the genocide of 1971 and try to address Bengali Muslims as black and short but try to get their sympathy on Kashmir issue which they brag about 24/7.They even show racism based on food habits because they think eating fish is inferior ironically their Chinese masters eat way more fish than any race in the world.
