Platt Amendment

The Platt amendment was what Mr. Hand (played by Ray Walston) was teaching his history class when Jeff Spicoli (played by the best actor but also real life duche bag Sean Penn) ordered a pizza to the class room. It had to do with Cuba or something.

Platt RVTS Highschool

Its a tech school (9-12) in Milford, CT. If you don't want any education after the 8th grade, this the place for you. Half The students are stoned, over privileged, retards. The ones that did not grow up with a hot tube in their yards, are dorks. Lots of fights ending badly due to the fact that the retards & dorks are allowed around tools & machinery. The most amazing part of this school, is that you have to pass a test to get in.
