From the word permanent and the acronymn T.W.I.T.

T.W.I.T stands for T-otally W-ithout I-ntelligent T-hought but when combined with PERMA short for permanent is the definition of a person who has permanently been banned from using ISCABBS the Bulletin Board System in IOWA known as ISCABBS, Iowa State Computing Association Bulletin Board System.

These poor unfortunate souls can not use the crappy BBS, ISCABBS ever again, hence, PERMATWIT.

permagrin

1) a blissfully wide post-coital grin indicative of particularly satisfying sex. usually indicates a strong sense of emotional closeness with the partner responsible for said sex. permagrin derrived from sex can often last for an entire day. this phenomenon is primarily experienced by females, but under certain circumstances can be found in males for the same reason.

2) a blank, complacent smile experienced after smoking an especially copious ammount of marijuana. permagrin will often fade once the initial high tapers off a bit, and the smoker regains cognitive abilities.

3) the blank, starry eyed grin which acompanies the ingestion of psychedelics. this type of permagrin typically occurs while observing something particularly prone to producing hallucinations, such as a moving light or toy.

1)Kim: "Wow... you've got permagrin. Have a good night?"
Jane: "Yep. Ten back to back orgasms. I love Reggie..."

When you smoke so much weed that you permanently seem high when sober, permanent stoner eyes (closed ish eyes) and permanent stoned behaviour, people may ask you if you're stoned when you're sober if you're permafried

permatilt

In poker an extreme form of tilt that can be produced by taking an exceptionally bad beat. The implication is that a player receiving such a bad beat will be so emotionally disturbed that they will play recklessly for the rest of their lives (permanent + tilt). While no unambiguous examples of the phenomenon have ever been reported the term is frequently used to indicate extreme emotional distress at the poker table.

"I get all-in versus this donkey with AA and flop quads. He's playing The Kat and runner-runners his miracle cards to make a straight flush. I've been on permatilt ever since."

A long-lasting, most likely goofy looking smile that does not go away for an extended period of time. This most likely happens when surrounded by awesome company, and great music in the middle of the ocean or on a tropical island.

The outward expression of absolute bliss.
