Prompt Book

A giant black binder, usually three to four inches in width, carried around by a Stage Manager. Usually substitutes pillows, writing surfaces, impact devices, and signifigant others. A Prompt Book holds any and all information gathered during a show, blocking notes, design notes, attendance, and props lists. The back is generally filled with to do lists (eg. Set To Do, Props To Do, Costume To Do, To Do To Do, etc.) and the front generally holds last minute sheets of notes. The inner flaps usually hold one sticky note per square inch, and the folders on the inside usually only exist due to the GAFF tape holding them in place. Often refered to as the, "If the Stage Manager spontaniously combusts, then all of the show information is here" book. May contain anything from chapstick to an alternate universe.

-An example of a spectacular Prompt Book can be found in an old Disney cartoon, Stanley. The "Great Big Book of Everything" is what every Prompt Book aspires to be.-

"Why is Jacob wearing an eye patch?"
"He touched the Prompt Book without asking."

"So who are you taking to Prom?"
"SITR."
"Who?"
"My Prompt Book."

"Has anyone seen the stage manager?"
"I think she's in the prompt book, I haven't seen her for hours."

Prompt Day

Possibly the best day of the week in art class. It's the day that all people celebrate the beauty of life. It's great to be alive on prompt day!!

Prompt priority

So it will do the 'five fingers per hand' thing but now if you tell it to draw a hand with 6 fingers it won't do it right...

prompt jockey

Someone who's only responses in a community appears to be formatted like the output you would get from an AI chat bot. The answer often doesn't fully line up with the post its responding too, preferring to dump a large quantity and leaving quality up to chance. Its all about being first with the most (e.g., Like responses seen in ChatGPT, Google's Bard, Microsoft's Bing, Anthropic's Claude.)

"What a total prompt jockey. Did you see their AI chat bot pasted response in the forum? It wasn't even answering the question that was asked."

prompt kiddie

n. (Hacker Lingo) A threat actor who relies on LLMs or LLM agents to conduct their hacking and refuses to bother to learn how any of it works. The prompt kiddie is a contemptible, lower skilled version of the "script kiddie" and similarly flies in the face of all that the hacker subculture stands for - the pursuit of knowledge, respect for skills, and motivation to self-teach are just three of the hacker ideals that the prompt kiddie ignores. While anyone can be a prompt kiddie, generally they are teenagers who want the power of the hacker without the discipline or training involved. Obviously anyone who follows this route aspires to be a blackhat, but most refuse to even dignify them with this term; "blackhat" generally implies having skills of your own.

He's not a script kiddie, just a wannabe prompt kiddie.
