A scary thing that jumps out at you in a horror movie. This was a solecism apparently defined by John Garletts (1956-1992) about 1976.

The alien popping out of John Hurt's chest in "Alien" is one example of an oogly boogly.

Ooger

A squishy boy with slimy boogers constantly in his nose. Bonus tips if he tends to grow a small but unsightly moustache, and a protruding pot belly. Oogers need constant maintenance because they're always hungry and sleepy, but if you give them milk, they tend to fart quite a lot.

oogaygrats

a mix of "congratulations" and "okay". Used when a person tells you something that was completely random or something that you have absolutely no care about. you usually would say "um..okay." or "congratulations" with sarcasm. But now, you may say "oogaygrats"

Person 1: Hey, how have you been?
Person 2: Good, i've been busy with school and such.
Person 1: oh.
Person 2:yea i got this whole college essay due by tomorrow, i dont know how im gonna finish it.
Person 1(in his mind): did i ask..
Person 1: oogaygrats.
