A nonsensical saying can mean whatever you need it to. Can be used in a variety of contexts to express extreme joy, sadness, grief, stokeness, etc.

A variation exists where the word "dude" is used in place of the word "boo"

"How was your bike ride?"
"It was Tom's of skids for my boo."

Ho: “Why yes, I shall indeed blow your booty if you do, in fact, bestow upon me sufficient compensation and bling bling for such act.”

Gangsta Rapper: “Kind ho, I unreservedly consent to your proposition, and as promised shall present you with immense quantities of ching ching and bling bling...please proceed to blow my booty ho.”

Ho: “Many appreciations. The commencing of blowing said booty shall begin immediately kind Gangsta Rapper Sir.”
