The act of making oneself or someone else bonificus, or excellent. A successful monstrafigation results in the person being known as a monstrafican.

This can only happen when drunk.

"Is monstrafigate another word you made up when you were drunk?"

1.) Bostonian Slang for Monstrosity
2.) The quality or character of being monstrous in Boston
3.) A beastly specimen among Bostonian's, often characterized by ultra manly characteristics. ex. drunkenness, use of Red Sox and Celtics products, fist fighting, the wearing of Sculley Caps, unnatural amounts of cursing for a man.
4. One who was raised in south Boston

You see that guy in the Celtics jersey? That monstrasity just fell off the roof, got right back up, is now doing some ridiculous but addicting dance and singing irish jigs.
