midiyum is derived from Nando’s medium chicken but it basically means being jarring, cringe, rude or eye roll worthy.
You can also say eetin midiyum (eating medium) to say someone is eating Nando’s medium chicken or the definition above. Pronounced /mih-Dee-yuhm/
