A common yet versatile way to replace the word lying. Mostly used in the U.K., but now steadily spreading to parts of the US.
- A friend exaggerating to you: “No way, you’re such a markle.”
- Teacher in school: “One more markle about your homework and it will be detention Jimmy.”
- Kids hiding something: “Did your parents find out? Nah I markled them.”
- Criminal Group discussing their day: “I’ve been all over today markling so many pensioners. Such easy targets.”
Adjective: estranged relatives who come out of the woodwork to exploit your position in life because they are too lazy to make anything out of themselves and feel entitled to glom your success.
“It doesn’t matter if we haven’t spoken in decades, family is family, and furthermore she owes us!”
“Whoa!! She went back to using her maiden name to attach herself to you? Typical Markle move.”.
“Got a huge promotion and on cue my 1/2 siblings I haven’t seen or spoken with in a decade are putting their hands out like a Markle.”
A small town in Indiana home to imbreds hillbillies and white trash. A sinkhole for any human with potential, being drug down by the hopeless around him. A town that leaches off of Huntington, Indiana. . . the only town in Indiana more bottom of the earth than Markle.
