Magoomer

A person who abandons friends in favor for one person, usually someone they are sexually attracted to. In some cases, the magoomer will sever all ties to friends who question why they don’t come around no more.

“Hey, I haven’t seen John around lately, is everything ok?”

“Yeah, he’s fine, he met this new chick and has been distant. He isn’t talking to us and if he does, it is short and awkward…. I think he might be turning into a Magoomer on us.”
