Generally used in RPGs or Roleplays, a Lamer is somebody out to ruin ones fun.

"What a lamer. He keeps PKing me."
"This noob is messing up our RP on purpose, what a Lamer.."

Title of online-gamers who dont play by the invented rules and have fun instead. Lamers are kicked and banned from servers for playing the game the way it is intended to be played.
