Refering to the kama sutra. Often used to tease an individual who used to be perverted. Best used in groups where half chants Kama and the other chants Sutra. Used best with other taunts such as "Hey ....... Dirty Sanchez!!"

Second part "SUTRA!!"
Individual of group then states something such as "Michael we miss the old you!"
