The owner of SA-MP and a dictator abuser from the 21st century, mostly known for his -so- dramatic issues with MTA:SA.
Not to mention the versioning system he follows ( 0.3-DL-R3R2R1-RC1 ) or the each-half-decade-releases, he is also known for filtering YouTube ( You(Them)Tube or utube as he says ) and Google ( 1e100 or googol ) words in his old vBulletin forums software.
The SA-MP community is having a tough time by now ( Sept. 2018 ) as he insanely started banning every single person who tries to criticize his project or skills.
