Intersectionalism

an ideology that encompasses racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, and other isms of division, and structures them on a pyramid of hierarchy where the person who holds the most isms is allowed a greater say to the point of control or power, regardless of intellectual opposition, debate, or protest.

Intersectionalism is worse than racism.
