Interferons

Technical IT people that are employed to supposedly make your working life easier but only over complicate and basically break everything they touch. Normally found lurking in dark forgotten corners somewhere in the back office area. Sometimes referred to as "The Help Desk" or "IT Support", these people neither help nor support in anyway. More often than not, these Interferons are Graduate Engineers using this role as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.
