The concept that a person is hotter in one geographic area than another because of relatively less competition in that first area.

Jessica was considered a '10' in her hometown of Milwaukee, but only a '5' when she moved out to LA to pursue an acting career. Back in Milwaukee she benefited from HotFlation, but in SoCal she was just another pretty face.

To enter into a relationship in order to avoid consequences of eviction; or, to halt continued homelessness. The act of an individual, not confined to any specific gender. An act often undertaken with secrecy or denial of homelessness being a principle factor to hurried cohabitation.
