In some senses, he is radiant and kind-hearted, and simply rare. He has not a lot of dignity, but rather full of surprises. Although he is cowardy and always seems underprepared, he has a lot in his brains and thinks logically. In occasions he tends to have impractical ideas though. Some people have it because of traumatic experiences with sunburns or cancer, scared they will get bad sunburns or skin cancer. Some have it because they are scared of the sun crashing into Earth. I, myself, have the phobia because of the second reason.
For heliophobes, they LOVE cloudy days, due to no sun. Some hardly go out, and others don't go out at all. It differs.
