Gutter Punk 

1. Any punk who looks overly filthy, or like he is taking is "punkness" too far. Usually can be seen at concerts pulling down crowd surfers or trying to kick people with their steel-toed Doc's.
2. Any punk sounding overly harsh, political, or generally offensive. (See Gutter Mouth and Dead Kennedies.)

If that gutter punk kicks me in the shin one more time I will knock the filth off him.

Gutter Punk 

Any punk that seems poor or dirty. Richard Hell was a gutter punk. He actually needed his safety pins to hold his clothes together. Sid Vicious was also a gutter punk. Pretty much everyone who hung out at McLaren's shop in London was a gutter punk. There are some bands who are considered gutter punks.

The Casualties, The Dead Kennedys, Guttermouth, Sex Pistols, Eater and Antisocial are all gutter punk bands.

A homeless hardcore alcoholic/drug addicted crusty young street punk who is proud of his totally non excistant personal hygiene, always unwashed in the same filthy clothes. Known to have 'crab races' with their body lice as an entertainment amongst them. panhandling, prostituting or drugdealing (stealing) for money, sometimes living in filthy derelict buildings or squats and with few possessions

gutterpunking 

the act of illegally drinking in public. Often trespassing on private property, in dark alleyways, parking lots, under bridges, hidden spots near liquor stores. Drinking cheap malt liquor, 40s, or tallboys.

Origin comes from drinking while sitting on the curb, literally in the gutter.

gutterpunk 

A person that dies in a train-hopping incident, hence the name: "gutter," referring to the fact that the body will likely be found in the gutters of the train tracks, and "punk," referring to the person themselves.
