Get the Gamma Malemug. A Gamma Male is the third step down in the hierarchical taxonomy of the male sex, directly below a Beta Male and fathoms below an Alpha male. A Gamma Male unconsciously adopts or duplicates female behaviors, values, or expectations in the hopes of winning female admiration. He does this because he is too paralyzingly timid to attempt to directly win the affections of female through the Alpha Male traits of confidence and swagger.

They do this out of either a sense of chivalry, the false belief that this belief system will benefit them somehow or as an attempt to fit in with what they believe is normative.
When asked for justifications of his feminist ideals -a gamma male will reveal that he is in fact, a neo-chivalrist. Often they put down adherents of men's rights because those men, in the gamma males point of view don't get laid.

The gamma male is a hypocrite who's status as "gamma" is intended as an insult. As stated before, a gamma male can be of any status. Most typically they are effeminate introverted males who blindly accept the new status quo that women should have more legal rights than men.

Get the Gamma Malemug. A Gamma male is a fake Alpha male, he was unsuccessful as a beta getting girls and finding success and has turned to lifting and pretending to be superior than betas. They will still score with shallow women with no morality and are notable for having unprovoked hate towards anyone who doesn't buy into the false ego perspectives. A true Alpha male will gain women and success under any circumstances they are magnetic. A gamma male is a loser trying to pretend to be Alpha.
John lifts because he is insecure and can't get women to notice him. Now he hooks up with shallow skanks who cheat on him and give him STDs and he thinks he's Alpha. He's a try hard gamma male.

1. Exaggerated or outright fictitious claims about themselves.
2. Claiming they're right about everything/have never lost a debate or argument
3. Needing to "coach," "help," or "give advice" to others without being asked, including those who outstrip the Gamma in terms of competence.
4. Brownnosing women, acting like the intensity with which they pursue a woman will make the woman more likely to sleep with them.
5. Writing meandering walls-of-text in online debates.
6. Laughing or making jokes in inappropriate situations.
7. Getting obviously angry at someone, then denying they are angry, or even posturing as if they're against "hate" itself.
8. Resentment of Alpha Males (e.g. Trump Derangement Syndrome).
9. Having one-sided "conversations." The Gamma has a script he thinks is oh-so-brilliant, and the other person is going to listen whether they want to or not.
It is common for Gammas to be overweight, bald, or otherwise unattractive, but Gamma is a mindset at the end of the day, stemming from a mix of entitlement, yet always running into rejection and failure. These men tend to become bitter in life because they cannot accept there is a problem with them. Everyone else has failed them.
