It's the fat and skin that hangs down over a small persons little legs and past their little knees.

Fraulob

To blatantly steal something that you somehow feel entitled to. Usually from a restaurant or hotel where you've already spent money, which makes it totally ok.

I asked the waiter if they sold these cute little appetizer plates, they don't. So I Fraulobed them, all 12.

After the second bottle of wine, I decided no one would notice if I just Fraulobed the Riedel decanter. It fit right into my purse.
