A type of scam in which one pretends to have been hit by a person's vehicle in order to squeeze some money out of the driver, usually in court or in the form of insurance payouts.

Guy 1: So, hahe's da plan. I pretend da car hit me, and we take da drivah ta court, and we sue him till we got all da money in his account. Sound good?
Guy 2: Ah, a flopsy. ...Ah, fuhgettaboutit. He probably gotta dash cam.

It's code for Elmo Lovers I believe. More investigative work has to be done... I hope by the FBI. I am no pro detective, just a guy who is looking for cat toys. But, stumbled upon some crazy shit when I typed "sexy cat toys." Watch out for Elmo Lovers who post things on Amazon in regards to toys that seem like they like young girls.

1. To simplistically re-direct any comment, question, statement etc., to the initial source by replacing the subject pronoun with an emphasised 'YOU', often with underlying irrelevant sexual connotations.

2. The exclamation made by the observer of 1, as well as the knock-on effect and pack mentality that often ensues.

Person 1: "Did you put my t-shirt somewhere?"

Person 2: "Yeah, it's in the corner"

Person 1: "I'll put YOU in the corner"

Person 3: "Flipsy-doo!"

Person 4, 5, 6 etc: "Flipsy-doo! Flipsy-doo!"
