A positive Feltz is successfully dropped into a conversation unnoticed and unchallenged by other person(s), and positive confirmation of what you have said is received.

A very cosy, yet accepting place to live. Great people, great nightlife, close to everything, a wonderful place to grow up.

She has no idea what the heck she's doing but hopes when she's on her death bed it'll all make sense. A Feliz normally despises what's become of the western world but is still patriotic about her homeland. She loves her family and Jews. Feliz will confuse you but you can't unfriend her cause it's too late you love her so deal with it.
