dullion

Something of outstanding merit. Normally used as a single word exclamation in Glasgow. (US equivalent may be 'Sweet!'). Similar to the terms stoater or dancer

Also may be used to describe a fine example of a mild misfortune, to placate the offended party.

Finding a fine shell on the beach at Largs wee Kenny showed it to Shug, who concurred it was a dullion.

Shug then punched wee Kenny in the face and stole the shell. When wee Kenny ran tae his Maw, she consoled him by saying:
"that wee shite Shug gave you a dullion of a black eye son"

Drilling Holes

Doing meaningless tasks in order to make yourself appear productive during the final portion of a task, often applied to school before the summer break. Taken from the film Superbad where the main character Evan drills holes during shop class to slack off in his last two weeks of high school.

Seth (in shop class): What are you doing?
Evan: Drilling holes, two weeks left, fuck it.

Dillinger Escape Plan

One of the greatest math/grind/hardcore metal bands to come out in a long time. Using crushing riffs, lots of time/tempo changes, screamed vocals, often interchanged with beautiful harmony in their later work, mental lyrical content and intense live shows, these are a band anyone into extreme metal needs to hear.

Notable albums include:

Irony Is A Dead Scene (Written with Mike Patton, need I say more?)
Calculating Infinity
Miss Machine

Seriously, check them out. I would recommend the songs "34% Burnt", "Setting Fire To Sleeping Giants", "Pig Latin", "The Running Board", "Sugar Coated Sour" and their version of Aphex Twins hit "Come To Daddy" is amazing.

n. (drihl-yaw-nehr') A word used to describe a person with limitless positive attributes, and posesses an undeterminate quantity of something. The usage suggest a deity like status, and denoting a feeling of badass balls to the wall awesomeness.
