Disturbling

Definition: An extremely disturbed and troubling situation that causes the sayer to combine both words into one. Actions made by an individual that are both disturbing and troubling at the same time. A very scary situation.

A combination of the words disturbing and troubling first used by Rep. Elijah Cummings on February 27, 2019 during a hearing of Michael Cohen against President Donald Trump.

It is a disturbling situation we have with our POTUS.

Many things that POTUS says are very disturbling.

disturbing

If a person is disturbing, they may have strange ideas about what is awesome/nice/sexy etc. They are probably creepy, but disturbing people tend to be those who make you laugh the most.
