Dirty Scottsdale

The southern portion of Scottsdale, Arizona from Camelback road down to the Tempe border. While this portion of Scottsdale is far nicer and higher income than any other city in the Phoenix area it's considered the "ghetto" of Scottsdale by anyone living north of Camelback. The difference between the more wealthy north Scottsdale and "Dirty Scottsdale " is that residents of the southern portion of the city usually earn less than 6 figures. Typically residents of Dirty Scottsdale tend to not live beneath their means and buy cars they cannot afford and live off credit to give the assumption of wealth when they really are making only between 30-60k a year.

Joe from North Scottsdale: Cousin Jason just bought a Escalade for $75,000 when he works at a commission based telemarketing agency and only makes around 40 thousand a year. Isn't that quite ridiculous my dear Mindy?
