Yeah, you see it's not the biggest strongest chimp that rules but the one the maintains relationships and blah blah blah women or something.

And then just dials them back. It's a subtle way of trying to manipulate his fans into being nice to women and is evidence he doesn't give a shit about 'disaffected young men'. Competence ceiling

The reason these companies can adopt these woke policies because all positions are designed to be interchangeable cogs and you only need to me SO competent to work there. The amount of money you would hypothetically gain by hiring someone else is irrelevant.
