Ethnical-Cocooning 

Ethnical-Cocooning, coined by Reuel-Azriel Lé Flore, is a transformative process whereby an ethnic group breaks away from their native country and heritage, and undergoes an incubation period to emerge as a new, hybrid ethnic group.
