Individuals who take pictures of random people, follow them around wearing reflective sunglasses, sleep with others because they feel bad for them, or call dibs on groups of people that they do not even know.

Rocio and Kendra do things such as tie up pledges and call dibs on every frat boy they see, so i called them both creepers.
