In season 8 episode 18 of The Middle, at a party Brick says “might be time to crank the Como.” Which Axl responds “What? No drugs are not cool.” Thinking Brick meant Crystal meth. Brick clarifies that he means artist Perry Como and plays “Papa Loves Mambo

"Como" is an insult used against someone you have little respect for.

Calling someone a como is telling them you think they are dumb, irritating or that they just deserve it.
