Essentially those commoners who have been convinced that they enjoy the simple flavor of soups &/or broth made from the footwear of the billionaire ruling class and display the belief that said folk give a flying 🦆 about them.
When making justifications regarding questionable gestures displayed by a certain billionaire at the 2025 US presidential inauguration the "bullionaire" claimed it was totally ok because the CAO is on the spectrum.
