Basic Rad Awesome Friends For Like Ever. Bro version of WAFFLE (wicked awesome friends for like ever). Originated in the Pacific Northwest by two archaeologists in a fancy bar.

Straight white woman: "are you two together?"
Two straight bros while patting each other on their shoulders in solidarity: "no, we're just braffles dude!"

A word used by the scene generation of teen, often obsessed with bands such as Bring me the Horizon. The word itself is used to emote an expression of joy that the scene kid can express in no other way.
