a business trip, often to an exotic destination, in which you do more relaxing/fun stuff than work

Origin: Used during the great depression to describe a wasteful project carried out by the WPA

(verb) This occurs when you're in a school restroom and someone's pants are completely down and their ass is fully exposed, and then you decide to slap their bare ass cheeks.

Example: (Tyrese has his ass out) SMACK! "Damn bro you just boondoggled his ass."
