A syndrom where one (normally a male) thinks that their muscles are never big enough. This often leads to spending excessive amounts of time at the gym, the loss of sensitivity.. and eventually the notion that one's muscles are more important than one's previous friends back home.
"Hey... maybe I will call my 'best friend' back home... nah, i would rather spend countless hours at the gym and suffer from bigorexia, and pretend that I was too busy studying."
